As a Tax Analytics Associate with Specialty Tax Group, Nieka can be found working on cost segregation analysis for various clients. Before starting at STG in 2025, she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Oglethorpe University.

What do you consider is your best quality?

I am an optimistic person who always looks for the silver lining and motivates others to do the same.

What is one trait you possess that you inherited from your mother or father?

The traits I inherited from my mother and father are loyalty and determination.

When you’re not in the office or working, what can you be found doing?

You can find me traveling and exploring new cities, trying out different restaurants, and staying active, whether at the gym or outdoors.
