Why did you choose to work at STG?

I chose to work at STG because of the solid reputation of both John Hanning and Brian Wages. In a business development role, it’s essential that the company culture aligns with my core values. What is your favorite aspect of your job?

I absolutely love building strong relationships and partnering with other professionals to provide the best advice to business owners and deliver real value. Collaborating with others to create tailored solutions and drive growth is what truly excites me, and it’s what motivates me to continuously build meaningful, impactful connections.

What "bright idea" do you find yourself sharing over and over again?

Progress, not perfection. Growth is a journey and it’s more important to keep moving forward, learning, and adapting.

What do you consider to be your best quality?

My natural ability to make others feel at ease by actively listening to ensure everyone feels valued and part of the conversation. 

When you’re not in the office or working, what can you be found doing?

I have a deep love for adventure and new experiences. Whether it’s traveling to different parts of the world, immersing myself in live music and art, challenging myself with a tough hike, or exploring the world through food and wine. I’m always looking for the next opportunity to discover something new and exciting.
